With more than 35 years of experience as a CPA, attorney, and real estate broker, Steve Thinglum offers clients a wealth of knowledge and insight into every stage of the real estate process. As vice president and general counsel for a leading land development and construction company, he spent decades negotiating complex transactions, managing teams of sales agents, and overseeing the sale of more than 4,000 homes in new home subdivisions throughout Northern California and Nevada.

Now retired from development, Steve brings that same depth of expertise to his role as a Realtor with Chase International. As a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), he is passionate about serving the 55+ community with honesty, fairness, and compassion. Clients value his patient, experienced approach, while colleagues respect his reputation for integrity and long-standing professional relationships.

Based in Roseville, Steve enjoys time with his family and friends, as well as perfecting his golf game when he’s away from work.
